Today I have a fun design challenge. The challenge is to use a full sheet of designer paper. Which means you have to make as many projects as it takes to finish the sheet of paper. Here is how it works. After you create your next card or 3-D project, take the left over designer paper and create a new project. To play leave a link to your project here- post it in your splitcoast gallery or on your blog. If you are like me you have tons of scraps so this can be a fun challenge and often will take just a little while to turn your scraps into extra cards. For this personal challenge - I actual had very little of my Bo Bunny Paper left over after cutting out my 3- D purse but it made the challenge even more interesting. I cut my scraps into one inch squares and created a mosaic design base. And then I just had fun. The flower is created from 2 stickers from a coordinating sticker set - (which I now have to figure out how to use the whole sheet). The black flowers are velvet ribbon from a Prima Ribbon set that I purchased at Michael's. You will remember that I used it for the clasp on my 3-D Purse. And I am now officially addicted to the self adhesive paper ribbon from K&Company -although it really wasn't self adhesive. For this card I cut apart the leftover white punch outs from the fleur de lis to make a different design on my butterfly. Hope you have time to play!!
