Welcome to Day 5 of the JustRite Christmas Release. Today we are introducing two Christmas sets plus showcasing 2 new August Release Christmas Background Stamps (available for pre-order).
For my card I played with Lace Oval Background - which has so many possibilities. Today I wanted to show you how stunning the lace design is by coloring it with Copic Markers to highlight the beautiful almost snowflake like lace elements in Amy's design. In contrast during the hop you can see what this background stamp looks like embossed in white on Darsie's Project today. Both effects are just stunning. And of course this background stamp will work for any season --which makes it even more fun to play with.
For a softer look I colored my die cut ornament with Faber-Castell Watercolor Pencils - although I used them without water to color my image. Of course there was also a little squeal of delight from my craft room when I found this perfect button and ornament hanger in my stash to complete my card. Here's a close up view of my card.
